Cursor re-learns your codebase in every new chat. Atlaso captures the conventions and decisions as you work, and feeds them back through a rules file it keeps current — so the context Cursor needs is already in front of it.
The patterns this project actually follows — folder layout, state management, how components are composed — so Cursor's suggestions match your codebase instead of a generic one.
“Use the design tokens, never inline hex,” “no default exports,” “prefer server components” — captured from your corrections and folded into the rules file automatically.
The framework, the data layer, the libraries you standardized on — so Cursor reaches for your stack, not the one it saw most on the internet.
How you like diffs scoped, what you always want tested, the edge cases you care about — remembered so each review starts closer to done.
How it connects
The Atlaso plugin adds capture hooks, a memory skill, and a rule to Cursor. Capture is automatic; recall arrives through a rules file Atlaso generates and refreshes, so Cursor reads your memory the same way it reads any other rule.
In Cursor, add the Atlaso plugin from chat (or from Settings → Marketplace). It installs the capture hooks, the memory skill, and the recall rule.
Adding the plugin opens the browser to connect this device to your Atlaso account — about a minute, no API keys.
Atlaso captures decisions as you go and keeps the rules file current, so Cursor recalls your conventions in every chat — with nothing new to do.

Atlaso keeps one memory, not one per app. Connect Cursor and it draws from — and adds to — the same memory as every other tool you use. On Pro, that one memory is shared across unlimited tools and devices; the free plan covers one active tool.
Through a rules file. Atlaso maintains a rule that carries your relevant memory, so Cursor applies it the same way it applies any other rule — capture is automatic, and recall arrives without an extra step from you.
No. Atlaso's rule is additive and scoped to memory; your hand-written rules stay exactly as they are. It adds context, it doesn't override your instructions.
Yes. Secrets are scrubbed on your device before anything is stored, and on the free plan your memory is never sent to any model at all. We never train on your memory and never sell it — and you can delete any memory, or your whole account, whenever you want.
Connect Atlaso to the AI tools you already use and stop starting from zero. Free to start — no credit card required.
